Delete your account

You can permanently delete your SpeedCube AI Analyzer account and its associated data at any time.

Option 1 — In the app

If your installed version includes in-app deletion:

Open SpeedCube AI Analyzer.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and the practice data tied to it are removed.

Option 2 — By email

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify your request and delete your account, usually within 7 days.

Please note: account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your solve history, personal bests, and settings tied to the account will be removed.

What gets deleted

Your account and the email address associated with it.
Your practice data associated with the account (solve times, sessions, personal bests, settings).
Your linked WCA ID, if any. (This only unlinks it in our app — it does not affect your actual WCA account or public WCA records, which are maintained by the World Cube Association.)

What we may retain

We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, and any data that has already been aggregated or de-identified so that it no longer identifies you. Frames submitted for AI Solve Analysis are processed to produce your result and are not retained to profile you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
