Delete your account

Account deletion is handled by email. Local copies on a browser or device require separate action.

First — remove local copies you control

The current mobile app does not include self-service account deletion. Before or after requesting account deletion, you can remove local copies:

For a mobile recording, open it in SpeedCube AI Analyzer and tap Delete recording to remove its local video and saved analysis.
In the Browser Timer, delete sessions or solves you no longer want, then clear this site's browser storage if you want to remove the remaining local browser copy.
Uninstall the mobile app to remove its remaining local app data. Device or browser backups may keep copies according to your backup settings.

Local deletion and account deletion are separate. Clearing local data does not by itself delete your Supabase account.

Then — request account deletion by email

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and confirm when deletion has been completed.

Please note: the email request deletes the account and account-associated server data described below. It does not remotely erase data stored only in an app, browser, or device backup.

What gets deleted

Your account and the email address associated with it.
Browser sessions and solves synced to Supabase under your account.
Your account profile and linked WCA ID, if present. This does not affect your WCA account or public WCA records maintained by the World Cube Association.

What we may retain

We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, and data already aggregated or de-identified. Supabase and Anthropic may also retain request data or operational logs under their terms and configured settings; the current codebase does not document exact provider retention periods. Local browser, app, and backup copies remain under your control. See our Privacy Policy for details.
